alinma Bank’s Board of Directors, on October 21, 2025, approved the distribution of cash dividends to the bank’s shareholders for the third quarter of 2025, totaling SAR 746,160,098. The distribution equates to SAR 0.30 per share after zakat, representing 3% of the nominal value of each share.
The entitlement to dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the close of trading on November 4, 2025 and are registered in the bank’s shareholders’ registry at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date.
The dividend distribution will take place on November 18, 2025.
