As part of Alinma's efforts to enhance the integration of digital services and elevate the user experience across the home-search and mortgage journey, Alinma has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sakani at Money 20/20. The MoU aims to explore collaboration opportunities in marketing residential units by property developers registered with Sakani, and to streamline the home financing experience through the Alinma app. The MoU also covers technical integration between both parties' systems, enabling residential properties listed on Sakani to be displayed within the Alinma app — allowing customers to conveniently browse available units and apply directly for home financing.
