As part of its ongoing effort to execute its development strategy and to ensure that it provides the best working environment for its employees, Alinma Bank has completed the selection and preparation of its phone banking and corporate training center location on Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Road in northern Riyadh.
The location has been outfitted with the latest equipment and technology and provides top flight services designed to help working teams achieve their objectives.
This is the latest step by the bank aimed at preparation for the launch of its commercial operations. Establishment of the phone banking center is a particularly crucial element of the development plan, as this service will enable “partners” – the term Alinma uses to refer to its clients – to complete transactions and access most of the bank’s products and services over the phone, around the clock. The bank has selected qualified teams of employees to serve partners and meet their needs.
Amongst the advantages of the Alinma phone banking service is the ability to inquire about different kinds of accounts, transfer between accounts, pay bills and to receive updates about the bank’s products, investment options and other services.
The facility that houses both the phone banking and corporate training centers extends over 1350 square meters and consists of two separate, individually dedicated sections. In addition, the combined facility contains three meeting rooms equipped with the latest technologies and two training halls, each of which can accommodate more than 45 trainees as well as private offices for training staff.
