Alinma Bank will participate at the Riyadh International Exhibition for Urban Development and Real Estate Investment, which will be held in the courtyard of the Murouj district exhibition center starting Sunday, December 12, 2011. The exhibition will run for three days. Major real estate, engineering and financing firms will participate, thus creating a valuable opportunity for those involved in housing and real estate related activities in the Kingdom.
The bank’s participation at this exhibition stems from its interest in events that give it exposure to real estate professionals and others seeking the latest and best financing tools to own property. It is expected that the bank’s booth will witness a strong turnout of visitors, similar to turnout at previous events. Alinma will offer a wide range of Shariah-compliant financing services and solutions, as well as special offers on real estate and personal financing with competitive profit margins.
Regarding the details of the offers to be provided by the bank at the exhibition, Mr. Fahad Al-Semari, general manager of the Retail Banking group at Alinma Bank, explained that Alinma will offer its partners (clients) financing services without down payments or administrative fees along with a range of competitive profit margins and repayment terms (e.g. a fixed profit margin for 15 years vs. a variable profit margin renegotiated every two or five years). Additionally, no guarantor will be required. Offers will be available to both Saudis and expatriates; and joint financing between non-familial parties, which was introduced by Alinma Bank for the first time in Saudi Arabia, will be available. Other types personal financing services will also be available (e.g. auto and stock financing) without administrative or other fees.
