RIYADH, April 30, 1014 -- As part of its ongoing effort to engage talented youth throughout the Kingdom who exhibit competencies and qualifications important to the bank’s vision and mission, Alinma recently participated in the “Graduate and Job Day” organized by the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh under the auspices of HRH Prince Khalid Ibn Bandar Ibn Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh. Alinma’s participation was representative of its commitment to the hiring and training of Saudi job seekers.
Speaking about the occasion, Dr. Sulaiman Al-Hudaif, general manager of human capital at the bank, said that at the event, Alinma sought to fulfill a variety of objectives such as recruitment and introducing the public to Alinma’s training opportunities. He noted that human capital is the real capital of any organization, and that Alinma seeks to provide modern banking services that meet the needs and ambitions of its partners through the recruitment and utilization of young, talented individuals.
