Alinma Bank recently participated in the annual King Saud University Career Week, where interest in the bank, its employment opportunities, training, products and services was strong. The event was held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and H.E. the Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Issa. As in past years, the event was an opportunity for the university to showcase the skills and accomplishments of its students and to create opportunities for them to interface with potential employers. Alinma, in its ongoing role as a participant, provided two booths (one for the men’s section of the university and one for the women’s section) staffed by knowledgeable employees who shared information about the bank and fielded questions from prospective student candidates.
Speaking about the event, Dr. Sulaiman AlHudaif, the general manager of Human Capital at Alinma Bank, said that career fairs and other similar events were a priority for the bank. He further added that human capital comprised the most important component of success for the bank and that Alinma would continue to be proactive in its search for qualified Saudi men and women, thus fulfilling its mission to support the employment goals of the government and to contribute to society at large.
It should be noted that Alinma Bank boasts a Saudization rate that exceeds 87%
