In response to recent royal decrees related to the restructuring of the Saudi economy, which have increased the financial burden on individuals across the kingdom, Alinma Bank has announced that it will pay its staff a living expense allowance to help ease this burden. The decision, taken recently by the Alinma Bank Board of Directors, will result in bank employees receiving SAR 1,000 per month throughout 2018, starting in January.
Speaking about the decision, H.E. Abdulaziz Al-Zamil, the Chairman of the Alinma Bank Board of Directors, said he was pleased that Alinma was in a position to make such a move, in line with the government’s own efforts to support the economy and provide safety and prosperity for Saudi citizens. He went on to praise the vitally important transformation efforts being taken by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, wishing them well as they continue to build a bright future for the kingdom.
