At the third annual "Work Award" ceremony held alongside the International Labor Market Conference in Riyadh, Alinma Bank received a prestigious distinction: the “Disability-Friendly Work Environment " award. The ceremony, held on December 13-14, recognizes outstanding private sector establishments.
His Excellency Engr. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, presented the award to Alinma Bank. Expressing his pride in this recognition, Alinma Bank CEO, Mr. Abdullah Ali AlKhalifa emphasized the bank's commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace. He stated, "Alinma Bank is dedicated to providing the best work environment for all employees, as part of our mission to become the Kingdom's employer of choice."
Mr. AlKhalifa further commended the Ministry's efforts in empowering individuals, society, and institutions across the Kingdom. Over 80,000 companies participated in this year's Work Award, which recognizes establishments adopting business models that prioritize a stimulating and inclusive work environment. The award aims to enhance competitiveness, attract talent, and encourage investment in employee development and career progression.
