In order to keep its partners (clients) fully informed of transactions taking place on theirbankaccounts, Alinma Bank has launched a free, around-the-clock SMS notification service that immediately informs partners of account activity including deposits, withdrawals, drafts, salary deposits, invoice payments, check clearing, etc. Alinma Bank is one of the first Saudi banks to provide this service free of charge to all partners.The service is activated whenever a partner opens a new account. Partners may optto deactivate the service by visiting any Alinma branch and submitting a simple form.
By providing this service, Alinma Bank seeks toextend to its partners distinctive,sophisticated services that meet their needs and give them the opportunity to take advantage of the modern technologies utilized by the bank to strengthen relations with them.
It is worth noting that Alinma’s SMS notification service is just the latest in a long line of exemplary electronic channel services launched by the bank. Through its e-channels (Alinma Internet, Alinma Phone, Alinma’s ATMs and Alinma Mobile), the bank’s partners can pay utility bills, settle payments with the Ministries of Interior andLabor, and make other government-related payments. Moreover, Alinma bank offers a variety of financing services through its kingdom-wide network of 66 branches and has an extensive network of more than 410 ATMs.
