RIYADH, April 27, 2014 – Alinma Bank has announced that attendees at this year’s Riyadh Real Estate, Housing & Urban Development Exhibition (RESTATEX) are eligible for special financing offers being extended by the bank. In particular, attendees who apply for financing at the event will receive competitive profit margins as well as flexible contractual options and repayment periods, which extend up to 30 years. Financing is available in amounts up to SAR 7 million, with no administrative fees.
Additionally, exhibition attendees are also eligible for joint financing without the requirement of there being a familial relationship between the individuals taking that financing. All types of real estate properties are available (villas, apartments, commercial properties, and land). There is also a financing provision that waives repayment in the unfortunate event of death or total disability.
Speaking about the event, the CEO of Alinma Bank, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, stressed that Alinma’s participation in such exhibitions fell in line with its broader strategy to be the preferred financial partner for any and all individuals seeking the types of exemplary, Shariah-compliant products and services offered by the bank. RESTATEX opened on April 27, 2014 and will run through April 30, 2014. The event is being held at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center under the auspices of His Excellency, the Minister of Housing, Dr. Shaweesh Bin Saud Al Duwaihy.
