Al-Watan newspaper, in conjunction with market research firm, Ipsos, has named Alinma Bank one of the top 100 brands in Saudi Arabia. The accolade was announced at a special award ceremony held under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz, the governor of the Riyadh region.
Speaking about the award, Alinma Bank CEO, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, thanked Prince Faisal for his support and expressed his gratitude to Al-Watan for shining the spotlight on top brands in the business sector. He further thanked Al-Watan for its ongoing coverage and support of issues related to the economy and the financial sector. Al-Fares also congratulated the other winners, wishing them continued success.
This is not the first instance in which the Alinma brand was recognized for its excellence. In 2013, Arabian Business magazine ranked the bank among the 50 most powerful brands in Saudi Arabia based on careful research that evaluated hundreds of brands in order to establish their worth, competitiveness and popularity in the Saudi market.
It is worth mentioning that the Alinma brand was established to represent the deeply held values of the bank and was designed to communicate those values and to share, with the public, a new concept in Shariah-compliant banking that strives to deliver quality services to partners (customers) that meet their needs and help fulfill their aspirations. Alinma remains committed to distinguishing itself in the market, pursing its goals and maintaining its integrity through the application of its values and principles.
