International market research and data analytics firm, YouGov, has ranked Alinma Bank 10th amongst brands in Saudi Arabia as part of its 2017 brand advocacy report for the kingdom. The ranking places Alinma amongst some of the world’s truly elite brand names, such as Emirates (#1), Apple (#2) and the iPhone (#3). Alinma was the only bank to rank in the top 10.
The year-long YouGov study collected data from current and former users of brands across the kingdom, asking respondents whether they would recommend those brands to friends or colleagues. The methodology approximates the industry-standard Net Promoter Score analysis that is used by more than two thirds of Fortune 1000 companies to assess customer satisfaction.
Alinma’s ranking affirms the bank’s leadership and its ability to exercise clarity, reliability, and transparency when servicing its partners (customers). The ranking is the second such honor for Alinma in 2017, as it was previously recognized as a top 20 brand in Saudi Arabia by global marketing research firm, Kantar Millward Brown.
