Alinma Bank has specified working hours for all branches during the holy month of Ramadan across all regions of the kingdom. Those hours are as follows: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, except for the city of Makkah, where working hours will extend from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
To ensure the health and safety of both partners (customers) and staff, Alinma has established a comprehensive set of protocols to govern all activity in bank branches. These include precautionary measures such as temperature checks, social distancing, sterilization, and the wearing of masks and gloves.
Alinma has also directed partners to its convenient, 24/7, self-service banking options, which obviate the need to visit bank branches, thus decreasing the likelihood of contracting the COVID-19 disease. These include the Alinma smart device app, Alinma Internet (www.alinma.com), Alinma Phone (8001208000), Alinma Mobile for mobile phone browsers, and Alinma's kingdom-wide network of 1520 ATMs.
