The Alinma Bank Board of Directors has recommended the distribution of a share dividend to its shareholders for the 2020 fiscal year. After approval at the bank’s next general assembly meeting, shareholders will receive SAR 0.30 per share (3% of nominal value), reflecting a total disbursal amount of SAR 596,121,889.
Speaking about the 2020 dividend, Alinma Bank Chairman, Dr. Abdulmalek bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, noted that Alinma was pleased to be able to return value to its shareholders. He went on to thank the staff, executive management and the board of the bank for their work in navigating the challenges faced during 2020.
