As part of Alinma Bank's effort to secure its position in the Saudi banking sector, and to help ensure ongoing, sustainable success, Alinma Bank signed a construction agreement with Arabian Construction Company to establish "Burj Alinma" as the bank’s new head office and permanent home in Riyadh.
The project is located in Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, on King Fahad Road, on an area that covers a total of 12,000 square meters. Burj Alinma will be 213 meters high, with 42 floors, accommodating more than 2,000 employees, and featuring an architectural design that will enhance the Riyadh landscape, and stand as an architectural icon.
As part of the bank's effort to be the employer of choice, providing integrated services for an attractive work environment, the tower will contain a restaurant, a café, a gym, two floors for meeting rooms, a prayer room, and a medical clinic.
The project also includes a 4-storey data center, which can accommodate 200-employees, who will enjoy two floors of multi-purpose halls, stores, cafes, outdoor lounges, and childcare. The project will also include seven floors of underground parking.
Burj Alinma was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which, along with Arabian Construction Company ACC, represent two of the most prominent names in the design and construction sectors worldwide.
Construction is expected to cover a period of 36 months, after which Alinma will have a state-of-the-art tower that will truly reflect Alinma’s excellence and identity.
