Welcome Miles:

Welcome miles when activating the first primary card within three (3) months from the date of its issuance.

*Customer must activate and use his card within 90 days with minimum 1,000 SAR, in order to get Welcome Miles.

In case of customer earns Alfursan monthly miles for all months during the fiscal year, the customer will be rewarded with miles for one additional month, depending on the type of card.

• The terms and conditions apply in both Arabic and English, and in the event that the conditions differ between the two languages, the Arabic text shall be used in the implementation of the terms and conditions.
• The customer should be registered in Alfursan program in order to be able to request the card through the available channels as the bank will ask for Alfursan membership number to be link the card with membership.

• The credit card request is subject to credit approval.
• The card will be delivered by mail within ten (10) business days.
• The bank shall have the right to take necessary measures to protect its rights in the event of misusing the offer.
• Terms and conditions of Product Granting Policy shall apply.
• The welcome mile apply to the first card requested by the customer. The customer will not be eligible if the card is re-issued or if a replacement card is requested after three (3) months following the date of issuing the first card.
• The customer should activate and use the primary card within ninety (90) days and use it with minimum 1000 SAR from the date of its issuance in order to get the welcome miles.
• The welcome bounce miles for Alinma alfursan platinum is special offer for limited period.
• The miles will be transferred to Alfursan account of the accountholder on the program site. The customer can access the balance and statement of the miles account through the program site (https://alfursan.saudia.com).

Condition to earn the extra miles:

• Monthly rewards miles will be calculate on monthly basis and the monthly target will reset on monthly basis.
• The annual miles are added to eligible recipients after one year from the card issuance date.
• In case of customer earns Alfursan monthly miles for all months during the fiscal year, the customer will be rewarded with miles for one additional month, depending on the type of card.
• Miles will be calculated for annual and welcome transactions and rewards after entry of the same in the card’s account statement. 
• The bank has the right to update the terms and conditions and the mechanism for calculating miles based on what it deems appropriate, and the customer is notified at least 30 days before applying the change.
• The bank has the right to stop calculating miles / points for the cardholder in case that the customer is found to have violated the terms and conditions shown on this page or the terms and conditions described in the Alinma Al-Fursan credit card agreement, according to the bank's sole discretion, and cancel all miles / points that the cardholder has earned.
• The bank has the right to stop earning miles / points for welcome and annual bonuses and operations, if it fails to pay fees or pay the amounts due
• The bank is not responsible in case of a discrepancy between the Alfursan membership number that was registered during the application submission and the real membership number that was registered in the Alfursan program. The customer will not be compensated for any amounts.
• The Bank reserves the right not to grant/delete/cancel any earned miles / points and claim a compensation with respect thereto in the event that the Client misuses the card, including using the card for executing fictitious purchases at sales outlets or through other methods that could be interpreted as misuse or for commercial purposes.
• Following the completion of any eligible transaction, the Bank will grant, within no more than thirty (30) days from the date of the relevant account statement, the rewards due to the Client, provided that the card is active and that the Client has settled the entire/minimum dues. If the Client cancels the card, the Client will be excluded from any rewards and will not be entitled then to claim rewards that were not granted to the Client.
• The maximum miles earned from local purchase transactions on a monthly basis equals the credit limit granted to the customer, excluding additional monthly and annual miles as well as miles from international purchase transactions. Starting from March 1, 2025
• The customer will be awarded more points for local purchase transactions that exceed the maximum miles earning limit based on the type of credit card. Starting from March 1, 2025.
• The terms and conditions of "Akthr" loyalty program are applied
• The points earning for each SAR in Domestic spend is 4 Points for Alinma Alfursan Platinum Credit Card
• Miles / points calculation related to welcome and annual rewards shall not apply to the following:
• Cash withdrawal.
• Fees and Annual profit rate
• Bill payment through the bank.
• Replenishment of electronic wallets.
• Refund of purchase transactions.
• Transactions not entered in the card account statement.
• Transactions that are converted into installments through the purchase installment program offered by the bank
• Transactions for commercial usage
