The Non-Profit Sector, Hajj and Umrah Entities, And Public Entities.

The non-profit sector service will help to easier the process of opening and updating accounts, also enabling them to submit the necessary documents via the email below for review by a specialized team. Once the documents are complete, the team will coordinate with the client to visit the nearest branch to complete the necessary process to open the account.

Main Requirements

• Attach the letters of appointment for banking authorities people and the letters of appointment for management for all types of accounts (if any).
• Attach the IDs of the managers and owners for all types of accounts (if any).
• Attach the requirements according to the type of account, and if there are any additional requirements, the relevant team will request them via email.
• National Address.

Legal Entity

  • Commercial register (CR)
  • A letter from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah approving opening a bank account
  • License.
  • Approval of His Majesty the King
  • Approval of the Ministry of Finance
  • The bank may open accounts for these committees upon obtaining a copy of the committee’s license issued by the concerned official authority as per its jurisdiction
  • Obtaining a copy of the decision allowing or approving the establishment of the fund, issued by the concerned minister
  • A copy of the association/society registration certificate.
  • The endowment registration certificate.
  • The guardianship deed
  • Form the board of directors.
  • A letter from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
  • The royal approval.
  • A Letter from the Deputy Minister of Justice requesting opening a bank account
  • A letter from the Minister of Justice or his delegate
  • A letter from the head of the verdict enforcement administration, division or section, or from the head of the police center.
  • The university council’s decision to form the society.
  • A letter from the Secretary General or Vice Secretary General of the MWL, requesting opening of the account
  • A letter from the Chairman of the MWL affiliated entity
  • A letter from the president of the WAMY affiliated entity.
  • A letter from the President or Vice President.
  • A request to open the account from the Secretary-General or Vice Secretary-General of ARCO
  • A request to open the account from the Chairman, Deputy or Vice Chairman.
  • A request from the head of the entity (university, institute, scientific center, and the like) to open an account

• The total size of attachments must be less than 25 MB (megabytes) in a single email.
